What this site does

Compare Peptide compares the companies selling peptide therapy in the United States, and grades the published human evidence behind the compounds they sell.

Two measurements run side by side. A provider score grades what a seller discloses. An evidence grade describes what has been published on a compound. They stay separate, because a careful seller can sell a compound with thin evidence, and a reader deserves both facts at once.

Who it is for

Someone deciding where to buy, who wants the price, the pharmacy, the state coverage, and the lab arrangement in one place rather than across ten storefronts.

Someone deciding whether a compound is worth buying at all, who wants the strength of the published evidence stated plainly instead of implied.

What it is not

Not a pharmacy, a prescriber, a manufacturer, or a telehealth service, and nothing is dispensed or sold here.

Not medical advice, and not medically reviewed, because no clinical credential is claimed on any page.

Care decisions belong with a prescriber who knows your history.

How it earns

Some outbound links can pay a commission. That is the whole business model, and the disclosure page states how many providers are paid partners, computed from the provider list rather than typed.

No provider pays for a review, a score, a rank, or a place on a board.

The standards it holds itself to

A price carries the date it was read and the qualifier that makes it true.

A regulatory status is dated and stated, never predicted.

An FDA warning letter is disclosed with what it concerned, and never used to disqualify a seller.

A board with no compliant sellers publishes empty rather than padded.
