Who publishes this site, and what accepting these terms means

comparepeptide.org is published by Compare Peptide, an independent comparison publication. In these terms, "Compare Peptide," "the site," "we," and "us" all mean this publication.

Reading the site means you accept these terms, and if you do not accept them, the site is not for you.

These terms apply to every page, board, review, tool, and outbound link on the site, however you reached it.

What this site is, and what it is not

It is a comparison publisher. It scores what peptide providers disclose, grades the published human evidence behind the compounds they sell, and links out to those companies.

It is not a pharmacy, a prescriber, a manufacturer, or a telehealth service, and it dispenses nothing, fills nothing, and takes no orders.

You buy from the provider, under that provider's terms, and any agreement about a purchase is between you and them.

Nothing here is medical advice

The site does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and no page is a substitute for care from a licensed clinician.

Reading a page here, writing to us, or clicking through to a provider creates no clinician-patient relationship with anyone, and nobody here is treating you.

Decisions about starting, stopping, or dosing any compound belong with a prescriber who knows your history.

If you have a medical emergency, contact a licensed clinician or your local emergency service rather than a comparison site.

Nothing here is legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice, and no page should be read as any of those.

A statement about what a provider publishes, or about a compound's regulatory status, describes a published record on a stated day. It is not advice about your situation.

Where a decision turns on money, coverage, or the law, take it to someone qualified to advise you on it.

Information, prices, and availability

Prices, state lists, and provider facts are dated snapshots of what a company published on a stated day, and they change without notice.

The provider's own page is the authority on its current price and terms. Nothing here is an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of what you will be charged.

Errors are corrected when they are found or reported, and the corrections page explains how to report one.

A price carries the qualifier it was published under. A starting rate, an ongoing rate, and a prepaid rate are different numbers, and the qualifier beside a price says which one it is.

Scores, grades, and verdicts

A provider score is a measure of what a company publishes about itself, computed from declared facts on its record. It is not a judgment about the quality or safety of the care that company delivers.

A compound evidence grade describes the published human evidence for a compound. It belongs to the compound and never to a seller.

A verdict, a pro, and a con are editorial opinion formed from the facts printed alongside them. They are offered as opinion, and they are open to being argued with.

Methodology sets out how a score is built and what it deliberately leaves out. The editorial policy sets out the principles behind a grade.

Tools and estimates

Any calculator or comparison tool on the site works from the dated figures already published here and from whatever you enter into it.

Its output is an estimate for orientation. It is not a quote, a plan, a bill, or a prediction of what any company will charge you.

An estimate is only as current as the figures behind it, and those change without notice. Check the provider before acting on one.

Outbound links go to companies we do not control. Their content, terms, privacy practices, products, and service are theirs.

A link is not an endorsement, a recommendation to buy, or a warranty about the company at the other end.

Buying from a provider

A purchase, a subscription, an intake form, and a prescription are all between you and the provider. This site is not a party to any of them.

Billing, shipping, cancellation, refunds, and disputes are handled by that company under its own terms, and this site cannot change, cancel, or refund anything.

Confirm price, availability, licensing, shipping, and cancellation terms with the company directly before you pay.

Commercial relationships

Some links can pay a commission, and the disclosure page states which and how many, computed from the provider list rather than typed by hand.

A commission does not buy a score, a rank, a verdict, or an evidence grade.

Paid partners today: 33 of 422 providers compared. That figure is generated from the provider list the boards and reviews are built from, so it changes on the day a relationship changes.

Position is a different matter from assessment, and the site says so on the surfaces where it applies. Ranked surfaces list paid partners first, and a row placed that way carries a visible label.

A promotional card beside a review, and the panel that can appear when you click out to a provider that pays us nothing, are commercial placements. Each discloses itself where it appears, and the disclosure page describes both in full.

Acceptable use

You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to any page here.

You may not republish substantial portions of the site, scrape it in bulk, or present its content as your own.

You may not interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it to mislead anyone about who published it.

You may not use the Compare Peptide name, or anything close enough to be mistaken for it, in a way that suggests we endorse, certify, or rank you.

Automated access and machine reuse

Ordinary crawling that respects the site's robots file is welcome, and search and answer engines are meant to read these pages.

Bulk extraction is not. Systematic copying of the boards, the scores, the rubric flags, the prices, or the review text, by any automated means, is outside this permission.

The same applies to reusing that material to build or train a competing dataset or model. Ask first, in writing, and say what you want and what for.

Our content and marks

The text, scores, rubrics, and page structures here are ours. Provider names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify the companies being compared.

The trademarks page sets out the full position, including how a rights holder can raise a concern.

You may read, download, and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, as long as every notice on them stays intact.

A rights holder who believes material here infringes a copyright or a trademark should write to legal@comparepeptide.org.

Include the page, the material at issue, the right you hold, and how you would like it resolved. A claim with a source attached is resolved faster than one without.

Material is taken down or corrected where a claim holds up. Where it does not, the reasoning goes back to whoever raised it.

Corrections and other things you send us

A correction, tip, or suggestion you send may be used to fix or improve a page, and it is not treated as confidential or paid for.

Do not send confidential business information or personal health details.

Warranties, liability, and indemnity

The site is provided as it is. No promise is made that every fact is current, that a provider will still offer what it published, or that the site is available without interruption.

No warranty is made that the site will meet your requirements, or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

No warranty is made that a price, a state list, a pharmacy name, or any other provider fact is accurate or current, or that a defect will be corrected.

Provider pricing and offerings change without notice, so verify every material detail with the provider before acting on it.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPARE PEPTIDE, ITS CONTRIBUTORS, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, PERSONAL INJURY, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

That covers a loss arising from a decision made on the strength of something published here, from a transaction with a company reached through here, and from any product or service that company provides.

Where a jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, liability is limited to the maximum extent that jurisdiction permits. In no event does aggregate liability to you, for all claims arising out of or related to the site, exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Compare Peptide and its contributors from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or connected with your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right, including an intellectual property or privacy right.

Who may use the site

The site is written for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is older, to use it.

Using the site on behalf of an organization means you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Governing law and venue

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the site, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the federal laws of the United States applicable there.

That choice applies without regard to conflict-of-laws principles that would apply the law of a different jurisdiction.

The exclusive venue for a dispute that informal resolution does not settle is the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section takes away the protection of a mandatory consumer-protection law of your state of residence, or your right to bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court.

Disputes

Write to legal@comparepeptide.org before filing a claim, so the dispute can be worked out informally. Most complaints about a page are corrections, and a correction is faster than a filing.

These terms do not send disputes to arbitration and do not waive your right to take part in a class action.

A dispute that informal resolution does not settle goes to the Delaware courts named above. Nothing here limits either party's right to seek relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where informal resolution is not possible.

How notice is given

Notice to us is given by email to legal@comparepeptide.org, and it is effective when it is received.

Notice to you is given by posting it on the site. There is no account here to message, and no mailing list to send to.

Assignment

These terms may be assigned by us, including to a successor that takes over the publication. Your rights under them are unaffected by that.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else.

Suspending access, and what survives

Access to all or part of the site may be suspended or restricted at any time, with or without notice.

Terms that should survive by their nature survive: the ownership provisions, the warranty disclaimers, the indemnity, and the limits on liability.

If part of these terms fails

These terms, with the privacy policy and the disclosure page, are the entire agreement between you and Compare Peptide about the site.

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in full force. Not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive it.

Accessibility

The accessibility page sets out how the site is built to be read, and how to report a page that is hard to use.

A barrier reported there is treated as a defect in the page rather than a preference, and it is fixed on the page itself.

Changes to these terms

The effective date at the top is the date of the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the changed terms.
