How this site makes money
Some links here can pay us a commission. When a provider is a paid partner, a click on its link may earn us money, at no extra cost to you.
Paid partners today: 0 of 16 providers compared. That count is generated from the same provider list the boards and reviews are built from, so it changes on the day the relationships change.
A commission is the only way this site earns, and no provider pays for a review, a score, a rank, or a place on a board.
Placement can be commercial. The assessment is not.
Two different things happen on a comparison page, and telling them apart is the point of this disclosure.
Buttons, calls to action, and promotional slots are commercial surfaces. They exist to send qualified clicks to sellers, and a paid partner can appear in one.
The score, the written verdict, the pros and cons, and the compound evidence grade are not for sale. A partnership does not raise a score, delete a con, or change an evidence grade.
Where a commercial placement and an honest assessment pull against each other, the assessment stands and the placement moves.
Every provider link routes through /go/
Every outbound provider link is a same-origin redirect at /go/ followed by the provider slug. Paid or unpaid, the link takes the same hop.
For a paid partner, that hop carries this site's publisher id and the page context that earned the click, so the network can attribute it. For a provider that is not a partner, the hop carries no tracking at all and lands on the provider's own site.
A link that pays us and a link that pays us nothing look identical in the address bar. That is why the count above is computed rather than typed, and why a short disclosure sits beside every call to action.
What a commission never buys
A higher score, which comes from four declared facts about what a provider publishes, and money is not one of them.
A softer review, since cons are written from what a provider does and does not publish, and they stay on the page after a deal is signed.
A better evidence grade, because grades belong to compounds rather than to sellers, and no seller can move one.
Silence about a warning letter, because letters are disclosed on the provider's review whether or not the provider pays us.
Prices and offers
Prices here are dated snapshots of what a provider published on a stated day. They change without notice, and the provider's own page is the authority.
No figure on this site is an offer, a quote, or a promise of what you will be charged.
When the partner list changes
The count above, and the disclosure line beside each call to action, are generated from the provider list. Adding or ending a partnership updates both across the site the same day.
Anything that looks stale or wrong can be reported through the corrections page, including by the company being written about.
