There is no phone line and no walk-in office, so a message in writing is the fastest route.

Send it to the right place

Every subject below goes to hello@comparepeptide.org. Naming the subject in the subject line gets a message read by the right person faster.

Corrections: an error on a page, including a price or a state list. The corrections page explains what to include.

Privacy: questions, deletion requests, and opt-out requests.

Rights: trademark, copyright, and permission matters.

Accessibility: a barrier that stopped you using a page.

Partnerships: providers, networks, and affiliate questions.

For companies covered on the site

A company can correct a fact about itself at any time, and a published source settles it fastest.

A commercial conversation and a correction are handled separately, so one never decides the other, and a paid relationship does not change a score, a rank, or a verdict.

What we cannot help with

Medical questions, dosing, side effects, and whether a compound is right for you belong with a prescriber who knows your history, and no one writing here is a clinician.

Orders, shipments, refunds, and account problems belong with the provider, which holds your order and is the only party able to act on it.

Prescriptions of any kind, because nothing is prescribed, dispensed, or sold from this site.

Do not send medical records or health details by email, because they are not needed here and should not be sitting in an inbox.
