The three rules both tools follow

These pages compute from the 65 published figures and 16 sellers the compound boards use — the disclosure tool over all 16 sellers and every figure they publish, the cost tool over the 49 of those figures that sit on a compound with a board. Nothing on them is typed by hand, and nothing on them is estimated.

1. A figure never appears without its terms. Every price carries the qualifier it was published under — the plan length, the billing cycle, whether it is a first-month rate or the one after it. A figure quoted without that is a different claim.
2. Nothing is converted. Where a seller publishes a price against a vial or a capsule and never says what period it covers, no monthly figure is derived from it. That seller is named as publishing nothing comparable instead. 5 seller-and-compound pairs on the boarded compounds sit in exactly that position today.
3. A missing value is not a zero. 8 of the 16 sellers publish no state-coverage list at all. That reads as “not published” on every page here, never as zero states — a seller with no published list is not a seller operating nowhere.

One consequence worth stating up front: 2 of the compounds this site boards are sold in more than one delivery format, so a single lowest-price figure for them compares a cream against a vial. The cost tool separates those and says so on the page.
