The tirzepatide ladder runs one, three, six and twelve months, each with its own per-month figure and its own stated total saving. The twelve-month lane carries the badge, and per month it costs more than the six-month lane.
The larger total saving on that lane is real. It comes from covering twice as long, not from a lower monthly cost, and the badge never says which of the two it means.
