Cancellation, refunds and shipping

What EllieMD states on its own site about leaving, getting money back, and what delivery costs. Read on September 2026.

• StatedCancellation: A $99 cancellation fee and no guarantee the request works at all: "Order cancellation is not guaranteed after an order is placed." If it does succeed "after payment has been processed but before your prescription has been transmitted... you will receive a refund minus a $99 administrative cancellation fee." Subscriptions run a 48-hour deadline: "renew automatically unless canceled at least forty-eight (48) hours before the renewal date... Cancellation requests submitted fewer than 48 hours before the renewal date will not take effect until the following cycle." And installments survive cancellation: "If you are paying in installments, you remain responsible for the full balance of the current subscription period regardless of when you cancel."
• StatedRefund: "Due to strict federal and state regulations, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for prescription medications once they have been dispensed... all prescription sales are considered final", and "If your prescription has already been processed by the pharmacy, no refund will be issued, and you are responsible for the full cost of the order." The clinical exception is clean but partial: "If your provider determines that you are not medically eligible... your product payment will be refunded in full. A separate medical review or assessment fee, if applicable, may be refunded on a case-by-case basis." Canceling promotional pricing forfeits it: "Canceling or pausing a subscription tied to promotional pricing will forfeit any locked-in pricing benefits."

The Shipping Policy: "Once shipped, most packages arrive within 1 to 5 business days." The first counts from the order, the second from dispatch. The terms open by naming the company that owns and operates the service, then name a second company on whose behalf services are offered.

The footer carries only the second name, so checking the footer alone gets you half the answer.

That gives you two names to look up rather than one, which is what a real corporate structure looks like.

Saying which company does what is rare enough here that it is the main reason to read this one.

The only figures on the site are penalties

Nothing on the product pages carries a price, so you learn what treatment costs by completing an intake.

The only two figures anywhere in the terms are a cancellation charge and a late fee. Both describe what happens when a payment goes wrong, not what anything costs.
