EverPrime offers a choice between standard medication prices and member rates with a separate fee. Its terms connect it to Enhance.MD, but the EverPrime prices and payment conditions deserve their own comparison. Check the amount due upfront: a monthly rate is not necessarily a monthly charge.

Cancellation, refunds and shipping
What EverPrime states on its own site about leaving, getting money back, and what delivery costs. Read on October 2026.
StatedCancellation: Contact support at least 24 hours before the next billing date to skip or cancel a shipment. An order cannot be canceled once pharmacy preparation starts. Membership cancellation stops future renewal after the prepaid term.
StatedRefund: No cancellation or refund after pharmacy preparation starts, and prescription returns are not accepted. The shipping policy promises a full refund if the provider finds treatment unsuitable; the membership FAQ calls prepaid payments non-refundable. Confirm which rule applies before purchasing.
StatedShipping: Two-day priority shipping is included after dispatch; provider review, visits, labs and pharmacy preparation come first. No international shipping. Report damaged, incorrect or missing items within 48 hours; replacements require pharmacy and provider approval.

Who prescribes
Whether EverPrime identifies the clinician or medical practice behind the prescription, or describes them only as a group. Read on October 2026.
NamedEverPrime names the clinician or medical practice responsible for prescribing.

EverPrime sells prescribed treatments through an online evaluation. Its terms identify Enhance.MD, LLC as the operator and include EverPrime among its brands. We keep the reviews separate because the websites publish different medication prices and membership conditions.
The terms name Rite-Away Pharmacy, Vios Compounding Pharmacy and TruMedsRx among the dispensing partners. They also identify the independent medical groups providing care. A named partner tells you where to begin checking a service; it does not tell you which pharmacy will fill your own prescription.
The homepage names Dr. Erik Stark as Medical Director. State availability depends on the treatment, and the FAQ says intake will confirm eligibility. We have not carried the older Enhance.MD state list into this review.
Compare the same plan length
On the one-month medication plans, the standard rates are $249 for semaglutide, $329 for tirzepatide, $169 for sermorelin and $180 for NAD+ injections. The corresponding member rates are $150, $230, $139 and $115, before the separate membership charge.
The NAD+ injection headline advertises $99 a month. Its price ladder assigns that member rate to a twelve-month plan. The one-month member rate is $115. Someone comparing the headline with a competitor selling one month would be comparing different commitments.
Sermorelin shows a $129 member rate on the six-month plan. Its twelve-month price fields are empty. Glutathione starts with a published three-month rate of $139 a month at standard pricing or $79 with membership; the one-month fields are empty. Ask for the full prepaid charge rather than filling those gaps yourself.
Core membership is optional
Core membership costs $99 a month, separate from medication. The membership FAQ says treatment is available without joining, and member visits and nutrition counseling are included. Required labs are included for nonmembers too; in New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island, a $50 offset replaces direct payment for lab work.
Membership is paid upfront. The billing FAQ says the term follows the care plan, then gives an example pairing a three-month medication plan with twelve months of membership. Those lengths conflict. Confirm the membership term and total charge at checkout. We do not present a per-visit price for nonmembers because the public comparison does not provide a reliable current basis for one.
Cancellation does not promise a refund
The shipping policy asks for notice at least 24 hours before the next billing date. Pharmacy preparation closes the cancellation and refund window. Prescription returns are not accepted. The same policy promises a full refund if the provider finds treatment unsuitable, while the membership FAQ describes prepaid payments as non-refundable. Get the applicable exception confirmed before paying.
Included two-day priority delivery starts after dispatch. Evaluation, lab work and preparation happen first. Report damaged, incorrect or missing items within 48 hours. Canceling membership stops future renewal; it does not erase the prepaid term.

How we verified this
Compared the published one-month and longer-term product ladders on October 28, 2026, keeping standard and member medication rates separate.
Read the membership FAQ for optional enrollment, lab exceptions, upfront billing and cancellation. Its example gives inconsistent plan lengths.
Read the shipping policy and terms separately. The terms identify Enhance.MD, LLC, the medical groups and the pharmacy partners.
This is a review of published information. We did not buy treatment, complete a clinical intake or test the dispensing service.
A provider to compare EverPrime against
Trellis Vitality
Trellis Vitality frames its program around body-composition tracking rather than scale weight, pairing NAD+, glutathione and tesamorelin with at-home biomarker panels and a 90-day re-test, and names its dispensing pharmacy, VialsRX in Houston, by address.
Yes. EverPrime's own terms name Enhance.MD, LLC as the operator and include EverPrime among its brands. The separate websites publish different offers, so we review their terms separately.
Does the medication price include membership?
No. Standard medication plans are available without membership. Member medication prices require a separate optional membership fee, and the full amount due depends on the plan term.
Is the $99 NAD+ injection rate a one-month offer?
No. The product ladder assigns $99 a month to the twelve-month member plan. The one-month member medication rate is $115, with membership separate.
