StatedCancellation: The only unconditional window we found: "You may cancel for a full refund within 48 hours after your initial payment, regardless of whether the prescription has been submitted to the pharmacy." After that, cancellation is accepted any time before the medication is prepared for shipment.
StatedRefund: The Nouri promise — a satisfaction guarantee that does not require the medication back: "If Nouri isn't right for you within 30 days of your first delivery... we'll refund all of what you paid every dollar to your original payment method within 5 business days. No medication" return. The seller states it will first try to adjust the program, and says explicitly that the Promise "is a satisfaction guarantee. It is not a guarantee of any particular health or weight-loss outcome." Outside it, a shipped order is final.
StatedShipping: "Free expedited shipping in discreet packaging", stated on the homepage. The Refund Policy and the Terms of Service both render in full and state no shipping term, so no delivery window or carrier sits behind the claim. An earlier record here read "within 3 days from prescription to delivery"; that figure was not re-found in the seller's own copy and is not re-asserted.

The pharmacy has a name, an address and a phone number
Ask Nouri who prepares the medicine and its FAQ answers with a company name, a trading name, the pharmacy category, a street address and a telephone number.
That is enough to look the facility up on a state board register, which is the whole reason to ask a seller this question.
The pharmacy was checked against the federal warning-letter database alongside Nouri itself, and it carries none.
Three plan lengths, each with its real total
Every drug comes in three plan lengths, and each one prints both the per-month figure and the amount charged for the whole term.
Only the one-month plan is billed monthly. The three-month and six-month plans are single payments taken up front, so the small per-month number is not what leaves your account.
Six months is the cheapest per month on both drugs, and Nouri says the six-month program is how the service is designed. It is also the largest single charge.
What the price covers, and what it doesn't
Nouri says there is no consultation fee, no dose surcharge and no add-on tier, and that nutrition planning, movement planning, messaging and expedited shipping are included.
Lab work is not on that list. Nothing on the site says testing is included, so budget for it separately.
It says compounded therapies are not FDA-approved, both in its FAQ and again beneath the price table.
