Four peptides, one number

NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione and PT-141 all carry exactly the same starting figure on the catalogue.

No dose, vial size or supply period appears beside any of them, and none of the cards names a billing period.

So the figure is a floor rather than a price. Four products priced identically with no unit attached tell a reader where a conversation starts, not what anything costs.

The price comes before the name, which is the reverse of the usual trap

Each card renders as a starting figure, then the product name, then a call to action — the opposite order from most catalogues.

The pairing was confirmed by counting rather than assumed: five figures against five named products, with the "Personalized GLP-1 Medication" heading above the filter row carrying no figure of its own.

Read the other way, that heading would have taken a price and PT-141 would have been left unpriced, which is how a whole catalogue gets misfiled by one position.

Its terms describe a different company

The site is SynergyRx. Its terms of service name "CareGLP" as the operator, repeatedly, throughout the document.

That reads as a shared template that was never edited, and it means the legal document a buyer agrees to does not name the business they are buying from.

Both names were screened against the federal warning-letter table, and neither carries one.

What it will not publish

Neither weight-loss molecule has a price: "Program pricing varies depending on your treatment plan, medication type, and whether you choose compounded or brand-name medications. Transparent pricing is provided after your consultation."

Its state list is withheld too — "To see the list of current states, please contact customer service" — so no coverage claim is credited here.

It is candid about its own role: it "does not manufacture, dispense, or control the formulation of any medications prescribed", and all medications are "dispensed by independent third-party pharmacies" it does not name.

How we verified this

• Counted the figures and the named products on the catalogue and confirmed the price-before-name reading by checking that the unpriced GLP-1 heading stayed unpriced.
• Read the weight-loss pages and recorded that pricing is deferred to a consultation, filing nothing for either molecule.
• Read the terms of service in full and recorded the different operator name it carries throughout.
• Requested a deliberately meaningless address on this host in the same session and confirmed it returns a not-found response.
• Screened the brand as SynergyRx and Synergy Rx, plus the operator name its own terms use, against the live federal warning-letter table, pulling all 3,677 records in pages and filtering locally because the table's own search parameter is ignored, with a positive and a nonsense control in the same run. Nothing attaches to either name.
