To end a plan, "Plan changes don't happen automatically"; "your existing cycle finishes out" with no further charge, and "We don't pro-rate." Leaving a discounted multi-month plan early is "reviewed case-by-case." The FAQ adds that "Turning off renewal does not automatically cancel or refund a prepaid term," while the Texas state page prints "Cancel anytime" beside the annual prices.

Trimi's lowest figure for each drug is a monthly equivalent. It is the annual plan's single upfront charge divided by twelve, and that plan is a 12-month commitment that renews every year.
Credit where it is earned: Trimi says so right beside the figure. The product page prints the yearly charge under it and states that it is a monthly equivalent, not monthly installments.
Three shorter terms sit next to it: six months, three months and month to month. Each costs more per month, and only the month-to-month plan is actually billed monthly.
The price rows for each drug carry both ends of that ladder: the month-to-month charge and the full annual charge.
One price at every dose, with the care included
Each plan price holds at every prescribed dose, so the bill does not climb as your dose is raised.
The plan covers the medication, injection supplies, provider care and shipping. The product pages say there are no separate enrollment, consultation, membership or shipping fees.
One document words this differently. The refund policy promises a declined patient the return of a consultation fee and any plan deposit, charges the plan pages say do not exist. Ask what your order includes before you pay.
Lab work is not part of the plan. The FAQ says a provider may request lab results and tells you to ask whether additional costs apply.
The commitment, and a state page that contradicts it
The annual, six-month and quarterly plans are commitments for their full term. The FAQ says turning off renewal does not cancel or refund a prepaid term.
The refund policy adds that Trimi does not pro-rate, and that leaving a discounted multi-month plan early is reviewed case by case.
Trimi's Texas page tells a different story. Beside the annual prices it says to cancel anytime. Go by the plan terms, not the state page, when you choose a billing term.
Refunds turn on the prescription
Payment is taken at checkout, before a provider reviews your history. If the provider decides treatment is not appropriate, the order is refunded in full.
You can cancel for a full refund until a clinician writes the prescription. After that the order is final, even if nothing has shipped, because the medication is compounded for you alone.
There is also a six-month money-back promise, and its conditions are strict. The no-results path needs six continuous months on the plan, doses taken as prescribed, and a starting and six-month weight logged in the patient portal.
It pays only if there was no net loss at all between those two weigh-ins. The claim must be made within 30 days of the six-month mark, and each patient gets one.
Named pharmacies, a named director, and a Delaware address
Trimi names the pharmacies that compound its prescriptions: VialsRx, with its Texas license number printed, and GreenwichRx. Both are described as state-licensed 503A pharmacies you can check against a state board's records.
Clinical care runs through a network called Arora Health. Its founder, Dr. Sean Arora, is named as medical director, and Dr. Shannon Arora as the network's chief medical officer.
The providers page is candid that your treating clinician may be someone else in the network. The named leaders are the people accountable for the program, not necessarily the person who reviews your intake.
The eligibility line is stated two ways. The FAQ considers adults with a BMI of 22 or higher and a weight-related condition, while the medical director's profile gives 27. Your provider decides, but ask before you pay.
The terms name Trimi Health but give no company type or governing state. The contact page lists a mailing address in Dover, Delaware, and the terms require arbitration unless you opt out within 30 days.
